Do I need a Vera hub to subscribe?

Yes — these subscriptions add cloud-backed features to a Vera hub that you already own. If you don't have one yet, check out our smart hubs.

What happens when I cancel?

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period — you keep all of your features until then, and you're never charged again unless you resubscribe.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Yes. Upgrades (monthly → yearly, or Remote Access → + Cloud Video) take effect immediately and are prorated based on the time left in your current period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date so you don't lose any of what you've paid for.

What payment methods are accepted?

All major credit and debit cards. Some regional payment methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) may also appear at checkout depending on your location.
