Add Device in App

1. Make sure that you have already added zigbee gateway(hub) to Tuya Smart or Smart Life app,
2. Enter the zigbee gateway control page, tap "Add Subdevice",
3. Make the zigbee motion sensor enter the paring mode(indicator light blinks), then add it to zigbee gateway.
